We are proud to offer a unique Korean-style rice cake,“ Seol-gi (설기)”. All floral decorations are individually hand-piped petals made with sweet bean paste frosting, which is made of lima beans, sugar, and buttercream. Rice flower cake is naturally gluten-free. Due to its short shelf-life, rice cake is best enjoyed on the same day for best tasting.
