The class offers in-depth instruction on piping techniques, beginning with foundational skills introduced through roses and progressing to complex techniques with multi-layered, realistic ranunculus, focusing on proper petal shaping and flower formation.

The class will guide you through essential techniques, including perfecting buttercream suitable for intricate floral piping, a skill that many find challenging to achieve at home. You’ll also receive expert tips for mixing colors to create exquisite, custom hues. A special demonstration of signature buttercream is included, ensuring participants gain the foundation needed for professional-level results.

Each student will take home a 5” cake decorated with their own unique floral designs. While baking techniques are not covered in this class, recipes are shared. All supplies are provided for in-class use.

No prior experience in cake decorating is required; beginners are warmly welcomed. To ensure personalized instruction and a tailored learning experience, class size is limited to 5 participants.
